Road Safety Awareness
About Mrgdarshan
Margdarshan is a non profit NGO registered under Societies Registration Regulation Act of 1860 and is dedicated to promote Road Safety in India. The society was formed by a group of persons comprising professionals including chartered accountants, doctors and advocates, educationists, businessmen, social workers and housewives under the dynamic guidance of Sh. Alok Mittal, IPS, on 24th june, 2009.
Mission Margdarshan
Our mission is to promote and foster a traffic culture that is conducive to the development of a safe traffic environment, through conceptualization, design and dissemination of a sustained programme of public information, promotion of road safety campaigns, help road accident victims and education in school.
Vision Margdarshan
To make our country free from road accidents.
Strategic Goals
1. To promote and advance road safety education in schools through presentations, literature and integrated programmes.
2. To Positively influence road user behaviour through public information campaigns.
3. To develop, organize and implement research programmes to determine the social, physical, behavioral, environmental and demographic factors influencing traffic accidents.
4. To Identify accident prone areas/ locations and suggest remedial measures.
5. To work in the diretion of providing quick post accident medical care to road accident victims.
