About Us
National Conference on Resent Advances in Science and Technology was held on March 27-28, 2010
NCRAST-2010
Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh has organized a two-day National Conference on Recent Advances in Science and and Technology on March 26-27, 2010, sponsored by Higher Education Commissioner, Haryana. With the advent of 20th century, the new era for growth and development of new sciences had started and this culminated into many new disciplines in science and technology. The process was perceptual and the 21st century is witnessing the miraculous effects of a gamut of cutting edge technologies with myriad of applications.
The contemporary technologies viz., nanotechnology, nanoelectronics, nano sensors, nano phosphors, smart materials, bio technology, bio-infomatics, bio-nanotechnology, bio-fuels, bio-MEMS, information technology, optical fiber technology, laser technology, remote sensing, space technology, nuclear and radiation technology, etc. can be quoted as the most important out of a large list. Nanoscience and nano-engineering, for example, are leading to unprecedented understanding of the fundamental building blocks of all physical things.
These developments are likely to change the way almost everything -- from vaccines to computers to automobile tyres to objects not yet imagined -- is designed and made. The role of applied sinces in all the contemporary technologies is unquestionable and therefore worth discussing at the common platform and this conference would provide the opportunity to the researchers and academicians to interact and derive useful inputs for maintaining the perpetuality.
