Internal Quality Assurance Cell

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell was established on 11-Mar-2009 as per the guidelines of Director General Higher Education, Haryana and NAAC, with a view to generate and sustain quality tools for imparting holistic education to our students. Over the years the IQAC of our college has served as platform for creating a critical reflection on the institution’s efforts in making our pedagogy effective. IQAC has generated an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) in the college which not only gets regular feedback from its various stakeholders but also invites ideas from experts to make our value addition mechanisms more fruitful, productive and rewarding.

Aggarwal College was accredited by NAAC in 2003 with a B+ grade and in 2014 it was re-accredited with A Grade (CGPA 3.40). Before the reaccreditation process, the IQAC has made tremendous and focused efforts in not only implementing the suggestions of peer team report of NAAC in 2003 but also developed new mechanisms and procedures in academics, culture and sports so as to set benchmarks. In the post accreditation period, the prime task of IQAC is to sustain a system for conscious and catalytic improvements in the performance of students. The IQAC will channelize the efforts on measures of institution towards promoting holistic education.

The IQAC convenes regular meetings for ensuring the proper running of the systems and procedures developed for quality sustenance. To make the decision making participative and collaborative students are also nominated as members to the IQAC by the Principal from various fields on the basis of their performance in different fields.
